We are seeking an experienced Security Systems Installer/Fire Alarm Engineer to join our growing team in Bedford.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of fire alarm and electronic security systems across commercial, industrial and public sector sites.
Key Responsibilities:
· Installation and commissioning of Gent fire alarm systems
· Installation and maintenance of CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems
· Fault finding, testing and system diagnostics
· Completing installation and service documentation accurately
· Ensuring all works comply with current British Standards and health & safety requirements
· Providing a professional service to customers and site contacts
Requirements:
· Proven experience installing and commissioning Gent fire alarm systems
· Experience with CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems
· Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
· Full UK driving licence
· FIA qualifications and ECS/CSCS card advantageous
