We're looking for an experienced M&E Project Manager to join our growing team and lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical building services projects across the public sector, commercial property, and large residential buildings.
Managing projects typically valued between £25k and £1m, you'll oversee delivery from feasibility and design coordination through to construction, commissioning, and handover. This is an excellent opportunity to work on retrofit, refurbishment, and decarbonisation projects, helping clients achieve their Net Zero Carbon goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver multiple M&E projects from pre-construction to completion
Manage programmes, budgets, contractors, and suppliers
Coordinate M&E design and construction activities
Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, CDM, and H&S requirements
Oversee commissioning, handover, and project reporting

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Experience working in occupied/live environments
Commercial awareness and contractor management experience
Full UK driving licence

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support the delivery of electrical building services projects across London and the surrounding areas.
The role will involve managing multiple commercial sector projects throughout the M25 region while working closely with senior management, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Flexible working is offered between sites, office locations, and home working.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and manage commercial electrical projects from start to completion
Manage multiple small and large-scale projects simultaneously
Update and coordinate design drawings throughout project progression
Manage subcontractors and ensure quality of installations
Liaise with procurement teams for materials purchasing
Manage project budgets and P&L performance
Ensure all health & safety procedures and documentation are compliant
Produce and update CVIs, RFIs, and O&M manuals
Attend client meetings, site visits, and surveys
Support estimating/tendering teams when required
Liaise with client contract managers regarding commercial matters and accounts
Requirements
Previous experience managing electrical building services projects
Strong commercial sector experience
Good understanding of project financial management
Ability to manage subcontractors and client relationships effectively
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong understanding of health & safety compliance
Full UK driving licence preferred

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction and M&E to lead the delivery of a large-scale manufacturing process plant. This is a turnkey project requiring full lifecycle management from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of a turnkey manufacturing facility
Oversee pre-construction activities, including planning, procurement strategy, and stakeholder coordination
Manage and coordinate M&E installation works, ensuring compliance with specifications and programme
Liaise with utility power providers to coordinate planned power shutdowns/switch-offs and ensure minimal disruption
