We're looking for an experienced M&E Project Manager to join our growing team and lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical building services projects across the public sector, commercial property, and large residential buildings. Managing projects typically valued between £25k and £1m, you'll oversee delivery from feasibility and design coordination through to construction, commissioning, and handover. This is an excellent opportunity to work on retrofit, refurbishment, and decarbonisation projects, helping clients achieve their Net Zero Carbon goals. Overview You'll be responsible for managing and delivering this London based project, making sure both the client and the business are fully satisfied with the outcome. The role will see you leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary team, from engineering and commercial to procurement, construction, and commissioning to ensure everything comes together successfully. The role will involve managing multiple commercial sector projects throughout the M25 region while working closely with senior management, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Flexible working is offered between sites, office locations, and home working. This is a turnkey project requiring full lifecycle management from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
