Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction and M&E to lead the delivery of a large-scale manufacturing process plant. This is a turnkey project requiring full lifecycle management from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of a turnkey manufacturing facility
Oversee pre-construction activities, including planning, procurement strategy, and stakeholder coordination
Manage and coordinate M&E installation works, ensuring compliance with specifications and programme
Liaise with utility power providers to coordinate planned power shutdowns/switch-offs and ensure minimal disruption
Supervise and manage sub-contractors and direct labour teams on site
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards
Monitor progress, produce reports, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction and M&E environments
