Job Title: Mechanical Fitter/Pipefitter Location: Aldermaston Start Date: 20th April Duration: 18 Months Hours: 8 hours per day Rate: £28 per hour + Role Overview We are currently recruiting for experienced Mechanical Fitters/Pipefitters for a long-term project based at Aldermaston(AWE). This is an excellent opportunity to secure stable work on a high-profile site. Key Responsibilities Installation of stainless steel pipework Working to engineering drawings and specifications Ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards Requirements Valid CSCS Blue Card(JIB / MEPH / Pipefitter) Proven experience in stainless steel pipe installation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Security Clearance SC Clearance is required to start on site Candidates without SC clearance may still be considered and can be escorted on site until clearance is obtained PPE Standard PPE required (Hi-Vis, safety boots, hard hat, etc.

Job Summary Working as part of a collaborative team, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and mechanical design & build (D&B) estimating. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of analysing project specifications, collaborating with design teams, and producing comprehensive and commercially sound estimates. Key Responsibilities Review project plans, specifications, and documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC and mechanical systems.
