Commissioning Manager (SM54)

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to oversee the commissioning of a major M&E package across two plots comprising 345 apartments, S&C distribution, amenity areas and office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall M&E commissioning process from planning through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate and manage commissioning activities across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage commissioning documentation, QA processes and witnessing requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and ensure commissioning programmes are maintained.
• Report commissioning progress, risks and issues to the Senior Project Managers.
• Ensure all systems are fully tested, commissioned and handed over in accordance with project requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on large-scale M&E projects.
• Strong mechanical bias with a good understanding of wider M&E systems.
• Experience managing commissioning, witnessing and QA processes.
• Strong organisational, communication and reporting skills.
• Experience within residential, commercial or large-scale construction projects is desirable.
