Duct Mate - Burnham-on-Crouch
Position: Duct Mate
Location: Burnham-on-Crouch
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: A few weeks
Rate: £17.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:00
Break: 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Working Day: 8 hours
We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Duct Mate to join a site team in Burnham-on-Crouch, with an immediate start available.
This is a short-term opportunity expected to last for a few weeks, with consistent work available Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be working on galvanized ductwork, supporting the installation and general site activities as required.
Duties & Scope of Work
- Assisting with the installation of galvanized ductwork.
- Supporting duct installers and other members of the site team.
- Handling and positioning ductwork and associated materials.
- Following site instructions and health & safety procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area.
- Carrying out general duties associated with ductwork installation.
Requirements
- Green CSCS Card - essential.
- Previous experience working as a Duct Mate or within ductwork installation.
- Full PPE - essential.
- A valid company reference.
- Good understanding of site health & safety requirements.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
- Available to start ASAP.
Pay & Working Pattern
£17.00 per hour
Monday-Friday: 07:30-16:00
30-minute lunch break
8 hours paid work per day
