M&E Facilities Engineer

Location: London & Home Counties
Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)

The Opportunity

Priory Environmental Services is looking for an experienced M&E Facilities Engineer to join its growing team, working across prestigious high-end residential developments throughout London and the Home Counties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer with a strong mechanical background and experience in building services maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance.

•Service, maintain and repair HVAC systems, boilers, pumps and gas appliances.

•Fault-find across mechanical and electrical systems.

•Maintain plant rooms and associated building services equipment.

•Complete maintenance reports and compliance documentation.

•Liaise professionally with residents, property managers and clients.

Requirements

•Commercial and/or Domestic Gas qualifications.

•F-Gas Category 1.

•NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering.

•Facilities Management or Building Services experience.

•Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

•Full UK driving licence.

•BMS, G3 Unvented, IPAF, PASMA and electrical qualifications are advantageous.
