Mechanical Improver/Pipefitter Improver

· Rate: £24 per hour

· Start: End of April

· Duration: 18 months

We're looking for a Mechanical Improver/Pipefitter Improver for a long-term data centre refurbishment project at AWE Aldermaston.

Duties:

· Removing lagging

· Disconnecting and removing large bore pipework(200mm)

· Draining down systems

· Installing steel pipework(200mm)

Requirements:

· CSCS Green Card(essential)

· Relevant experience as a Mechanical Improver/Pipefitter Improver(large bore pipework preferred)

· CV required

· SC Clearance preferred(to avoid site escorting)

· Local candidates preferred(no lodging provided)

Hours:

· 07:00 - 16:30

· 9-day fortnight

Notes:

· This role requires more experience than a labourer or mate
