CONTRACTS MANAGER Construction Fit-Out Division | London | Permanent £70,000-£85,000 per annum Plus benefits package The Role We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our client's fit-out division, overseeing the successful delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London. You will take responsibility for project performance, contractual obligations, commercial control and client relationships, working closely with project managers, site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion. Manage contractual obligations, project budgets, costs, variations and commercial performance.
