DUCT MATES REQUIRED - BURNHAM-ON-CROUCH
Role: 2 x Duct Mates
Location: Burnham-on-Crouch
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1 Week ++
Rate: £17.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:00
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid break
Working Day: 8 hours paid
We are currently looking for 2 experienced Duct Mates to join a project in Burnham-on-Crouch, starting ASAP.
The successful candidates will be working alongside the ductwork team on the installation and associated works involving galvanized ductwork. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking operatives looking for an immediate start, with the potential for the work to continue beyond the initial one-week period.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assisting duct installers with the installation of galvanized ductwork.
- Helping with the preparation, movement and positioning of ductwork and materials.
- Supporting the installation team with general ductwork duties.
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a site-based team.
- Following instructions from supervisors and experienced duct installers.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
- Complying with all site health & safety requirements.
- Carrying out general duties associated with ductwork installation as required.
📋 Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Green CSCS Card
- Previous experience working as a Duct Mate / Ductwork Mate
- Full PPE
- A company reference
- Good understanding of site health & safety
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Availability to start ASAP
Scope of Work
Galvanized ductwork
Candidates should have relevant experience working around ductwork installations and be comfortable assisting duct installers with the day-to-day requirements of the project.
Pay & Hours
£17.00 per hour
Monday - Friday
07:30 - 16:00
30-minute lunch break
8 hours paid per day
Duration: 1 week initially, with the possibility of further work / extension depending on the project requirements and performance.
