Duct Mates & Skilled Labourers Required - Oxford Central
Location: Oxford Central (Near Oxford Train Station)
Start Date: Wednesday, 5th August 2026
Duration: 2-3 Weeks
Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour
Robert Hurst Ltd is currently looking for Duct Mates and Skilled Labourers to join a project in Oxford Central, conveniently located near the train station.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure immediate work on a short-term commercial project with competitive hourly pay.
Job Details
- Start Date: 5th August 2026
- Duration: 2-3 weeks
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 07:30 - 16:00
- Paid Hours: 8 hours per day
- Lunch Break: 30 minutes
Scope of Work
The role will involve:
- Assisting with the strip-out of existing ductwork and associated materials.
- Supporting site operatives and trades where required.
- Loading and removing materials from the work area.
- Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe.
- Following site health and safety procedures at all times.
- Working as part of a reliable and professional team to complete the project on schedule.
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Valid Green CSCS Card
- Full PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis Vest, Safety Boots, Gloves, Glasses, etc.)
- Previous construction or strip-out experience is preferred.
- Good work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work safely in a busy site environment.
Pay
- £17.50 per hour
- Weekly pay available (subject to payroll procedures).
