Job Opportunity: Duct Mates & Skilled Labourers - Oxford Location: Oxford Start Date: 18th May 2026 Duration: 2 Years We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Duct Mates and Skilled Labourers to join a long-term project based in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work on a well-established site with a strong pipeline of activity. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:00 8-hour paid day with a 30-minute lunch break Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour Requirements: Valid Green CSCS Card Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Previous experience in ductwork or construction labouring preferred Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious Role Responsibilities: Assisting duct fitters on site Handling and moving materials safely Supporting installation tasks Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following site health and safety procedures at all times This is a long-term position (2 years) offering stability and the chance to work with an experienced team on a significant project.
