EMERGENCY LIGHTING ENGINEERS & QUALIFIED ELECTRICIANS Location: Staffordshire / Wolverhampton / West Midlands Employment: Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Travel: Local/regional - no routine overnight stays expected THE OPPORTUNITY We are currently looking to identify experienced Emergency Lighting Engineers / Testers and Qualified Electricians for a new contract covering Staffordshire and the wider West Midlands. The work will involve emergency lighting inspection, testing, maintenance, replacement and remedial works across a variety of public-sector premises, including: Schools Police headquarters Emergency service premises Other public-sector buildings Due to the nature of the contract, candidates will need to meet specific qualification, training and security requirements. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL Candidates should hold: Emergency Lighting Recognised Emergency Lighting Maintenance / Testing qualification. Examples include the NICEIC Emergency Lighting Systems Design & Maintenance course or an equivalent recognised qualification.
