Key Responsibilities
Surveying HVAC systems including AC units, AHUs, and ductwork
Producing detailed reports and populating asset registers
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial sites
Servicing and refurbishing HVAC equipment, including AHUs
Assisting with HVAC and plumbing installations (primarily commercial, some domestic)
Understanding and working with basic control functions of HVAC systems
Requirements
Proven experience working with HVAC systems, including AHUs and AC units (essential)
F-Gas certification (minimum requirement)
NVQ Level 2 in a relevant discipline (minimum requirement)
Basic computer skills for reporting and asset management
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Experience
Facilities Management (FM) experience within the commercial sector
Experience working on PPM contracts
Exposure to commercial fit-out projects
